Free Day!

I had big plans for today. Atticus and I were going to go exploring - perhaps head over to the Museum of Natural History, or just Central Park.

As it turns out, the day was blissfully fabulous - but for other reasons. SLEEP! Atticus took his morning nap a bit late, laying down a couple minutes after 11 am. I decided to nap while he was napping in preparation for the afternoon's activities. A little after noon, he woke up - I nursed him a bit and believe it or not, he fell back asleep! Not one to wake a sleeping baby, I set him down and we both napped for another hour and 45 minutes.

It was fantastic.

So, we didn't make it to the museum - but I feel so refreshed, that I just don't mind one bit. There's always this weekend....
