This is so simple, it's amazing! Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes from a slice of watermelon. Insert a popsicle stick and then put the "pops" in the freezer. A couple hours later - wham-O presto... watermelon pops!!
I love it. (And I think both kiddos will too!)
